Joyce Pisnanont is chief strategy and impact officer at National CAPACD, leading programs that close the racial wealth gap and strengthen community-based organizations nationwide. With more than 20 years of experience, she has worked across New York, California, and Washington in small-business development, neighborhood planning, and community resilience. Joyce previously managed an economic development design center in Seattle’s International District. She serves on advisory boards for the Small Business Anti-Displacement Network and the Our Neighborhoods Capital Fund.
